• Continuous operation of the network solution of B2B enterprise solutions (Customer-level and on-site troubleshooting in the monitoring system);
• Performing periodic operational tasks in the framework of network modernization programs;
• Fault category level auditing of complete telecommunication networks, categorization of faults and alarms, creation and optimization of operational processes, preparation of documentation.
